At National HR, we take the health and safety of our people and public very seriously. During this current crisis it can be a scary time. We want to reassure our clients and employees we are here to help! We are taking precautionary steps to prepare and plan to minimize the disruption to our services and client support.
We would like to strongly encourage:
- Monitoring local information regarding the COVID-19 in your community
- Know the signs and Implement a plan in the event a staff member becomes symptomatic at the worksite.
- Review policies regarding workplace plans to include liberal leave and teleworking policies.
- Encourage staff members to stay at home when sick, hand-washing, respiratory etiquette, etc.
- Cancel non-essential work travel, conferences, trade shows, staff meetings, or after work functions.
Please let us know if your business is in need of payroll funding or if you are planning on temporarily closing during this time.
